Dr. Mohammad Qureshi

Dr. Mohammad Qureshi specializes in interventional pain management and neurology. He is dedicated to improving his patient’s quality of life by offering the latest treatment options. He also likes getting to know his patients on a personal level because each patient has an important story to tell.

Dr. Qureshi is currently Board Certified in Neurology and Pain Medicine.

BIO

A native of Orlando, FL, Dr. Qureshi received his bachelor’s degree and medical degree from the University of Florida. He graduated with Honors in Research for publishing his work on the effects of Parkinson’s disease on the frontal lobe. In 2016, Dr. Qureshi completed his neurology residency training at the University of Miami, and was awarded the prestigious 2014 Research Award by the Florida Society of Neurology. He then completed his interventional pain medicine fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital where he earned a Certificate of Outstanding Achievement in Pain Medicine.

Nothing is more rewarding to Dr. Qureshi than using the latest therapies to give someone their life back, and he is excited about the opportunity to work with Heart of Florida Regional Medical Center to serve the people of Central Florida where he was raised. Practicing neurology and interventional pain medicine lets Dr. Qureshi help patients do the things they enjoy again, and he cannot think of a more rewarding way to spend his time.

When he’s not treating patients, Dr. Qureshi is spending time with his wife and two beautiful daughters. Having grown up in Florida, he is also an immense Florida Gators fan. In his spare time, Dr. Qureshi enjoys reading, cooking, traveling, gardening and hiking. Dr. Qureshi is fluent in four languages, including English, Spanish, Urdu/Hindi, and Punjabi.
